We have been in our home for 3 years and are still thrilled with it. We evaluated 5 potential builders, and were most comfortable with Lynn. He helped us fine tune what we wanted, and tackle the details before he built us a beautiful and energy efficient home. He had a tough job with 2 engineers to please! He even had us in our home 6 weeks before he committed to the completion. He and his crew did a fantastic job.
Beautiful houses
I'm Lynn's daughter. A little biased, but I was a little frustrated to see the comments on the 1 star review here when I know the full scope. To keep in short and simple - After almost 40 years of quality custom home building with countless happy and repeat builders...You can't please everyone. Also, I have never heard Ben Colestock do anything close to yelling or screaming. That's all.
Following are my expressed written opinions: The contract was written in a way that is a blank check and no expiration date only a suggestion. The absolute worst part is the attitude from Lynn and Ben throughout the project. Including getting a call from Ben with him screaming at me, Lynn hung up once on me because I was holding him to the print he signed and before that told me he does nothing during deer hunting season.
