They never responded to my call. Guess they have all the work they need. I found someone else and he is scheduled to be here Monday.
This is an outstanding company. All of the service technicians and customer service reps are always keenly focused on my satisfaction. They are not just trying to close an order, they are relationship focused, and I like that. It is refreshing.
Ron with Arrowhead Heating and cooling is a very hard working guy. He was honest and up front with us on the process, associated costs and warranties. He was very respectful to our home while removing and installing the furnace and air conditioner. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.
