John was very knowledgeable and highly skilled at his job while servicing the AC in our home. He informed me of everything that was taking place with the heat and air system, took photos and showed the inside of the unit to me as well. I would like to strongly recommend his services and will hire him over again if need be. He is a rock star!!
John came in at short notice, he fixed the AC in less than 1 hour and was very reasonable in charges. I was 100% sure this gentleman knew exactly what he was doing and was pleased with the visit. I will continue to use this company in the future.
They did for us two separate installs; one ducted and one ductless A/C. Both were done professionally and in good time. I would hire them again and refer my friends to them. Fantastic services!!
Probably the best customer service you could ask for when the cold snap hits and your heat is not working. They came late in the evening to help. They installed a new furnace 24 hours after we met the sales representative. Tech was outstanding too. Very personable and informed.
John was our tech. Great guy, really knowledgeable, and very professional. Work was done fast and explained the ‘why’ behind everything he recommended. Signed us up for the family plan which based on the discount we got for signing up, the plan has already half paid for itself.
