Bought two parts less than a year ago and this is what is happening to them. They can only say sorry. The only thing they guarantee for these parts is that they will sell them to you and meanwhile you are out over $1200+ you paid for them parts and labor. The parts dept. said they would contact the manufacturers about them, but that was over a week ago--and their rep. went on vacation without notifying me about any results of getting a hold of their vendor. I don't wear a chain w/wallet, nor do I spur my exhaust.

in may of last year i purchased a 2014 street glide and paid $18999 for it recently i went to trade it in to get another bike at ridenow peoria owned by same company as arrowhead harley they offered me $9000 for the trade in of that bike which is rediculous in doing some research i pulled a vin check on my bike only to discover that 12 days before i bought my bike they listed it for sale at $16999 so i was charged 2000$ more than i should have been and then to be told a year later that my bike is woth $10000 less than what ... read more
