Garbage service. I called to make an appointment and the woman who answered heard me ask for an appointment and put me back in line to wait for an appointment! Better off driving 30min away this clinic and the people who work here are a joke! My appointment was for Shepard at 3:50pm its now 5:20. Ha, and they ask you to be here early. Place is organized poorly.

My experience with this facility was extremely disappointing. There appeared to be a consistent lack of communication and coordination among the staff, from the front desk personnel to the nursing team. Basic information was repeatedly overlooked, and staff often seemed unfamiliar with their own procedures or unable to efficiently locate necessary information within their computer system.
