I love working out here! Loads of class times to choose from every day with great coaches. You get out of it what you put into it, so those 30 minute workouts can be pretty challenging.
I was visiting from Kansas City, the owner and coaches were very welcoming and did an amazing job. I appreciate them letting me attend classes here!!
I just want everyone to know how amazing this place is! Trust me when I say I’ve tried almost every gym out there, and this is the only place that has truly delivered the results I was looking for. I have been a member here for 3 years; I have lost weight, gained muscle, and found a family. The workouts are challenging, but at 30 minutes long, are perfect to fit in a busy day. I can’t recommend them enough!

I love Arrowhead Fit Body Boot Camp! I’ve been a member since December 2021. I have made great friends that keep me motivated and hold me accountable. I’ve been on a journey to take care of myself and I am grateful this place is part of my self-care routine. I have a busy schedule, so those 30 minute work outs are perfect and sustainable for me to maintain those workouts.
