We are a results-driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that focuses on motivation and accountability as well as combining dynamic resistance training, cardio and nutrition guidance; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating indoor environment. Every group boot camp session is led by an experienced, certified Arrowhead Fit Body Boot Camp personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in only 30 minutes!

Great coach’s amazing workouts
The people make this place world class , it has built a reputation as one of the best every year.
I’ve been attending now for less than a week. I’ll likely update review after completing the 6 week boot camp is over, but so far the orientation process has been smooth, the ability to head out to the camp prior to the six week boot camp was nice, to see how things work at location. Update: 6 week program The workouts were great 30 minute sessions, There’s a warm up & a stretching cool down. I know plenty of people who don’t like the price but this is more than just a place to workout. It’s a community of other people just like me, people with lives, with careers and children who know the struggle of falling off the health wagon.
