We arrived for a scheduled 10:00 a.m. appointment and, after waiting, were informed that the visit had not been approved by insurance. Since nearly a month had passed since the previous appointment, we contacted our insurance company directly while in the office. The waiting room was full, the wait was long, and I wasn’t told that I had to have my eyes dilated before the exam today, so I was not prepared, and was told to reschedule. What a waste of a morning.
