This place is very beautiful to live. I am very happy with my house.I also want to mention that Jeff is a person who was attentive to all the details of my house construction. It was at a level 10, the maximum. I recommend living here.
The flooding is awful. The backyard is also very uneven and full of rocks. Edit to reply to arbor homes response: If you had world class customer service, you would reach out to me and create a ticket yourself and look into these issues. Me leaving a review should trigger you to create your own ticket and investigation. Love getting a “auto reply response”, that makes me feel like you really care!
If you want to live in a development that routinely floods, this is the one for you. Editing to add another flood pond.
