It's a disgusting place to live. The buildings are infested with termites. The laundry room doesn't work, and trash is always a problem. And the HOA is useless; they're incompetent and never show up to solve problems. I don't recommend this place; it's a pain to live here.
Moved here 7 years ago and loved the community. But ever since COVID there has been a major decline in quality In the neighborhood. The pool/hot tub have been in horrible conditions since before COVID. Rusty pool chairs, the hot tub was being repaired in 2020 but remained empty until this year. I’ve owned my townhouse for 13 years and have never experienced anything this frustrating. My husband and I have two vehicles—one always parked in our assigned spot, the other in guest parking. Recently, we lost one of our car keys and hired a locksmith to come help. When the locksmith arrived, the car was gone. The HOA had it towed for "abuse of guest parking," even though we are longtime residents and follow the rules.
