What a garbage company!!!! We asked them to service an oven we bought at an auction. We specifically asked their dispatch person if we needed water and drains to this oven so that it may be serviced and she told us no. When the technician showed up, he informed us that he could not perform service/work on the oven because it didn't have water and drains hooked up!!!!!
