Canceled my service because they kept missing orders and now won't pick up leftover bottles after scheduling a pickup 3 separate times. As with everything Nestle touches, this service is a complete disgrace.

DON'T ORDER WATER DELIVERY! These employees - those who drive, deliver, answer phones, aren't capable of doing their jobs. Pathetic, annoying, waste of time and money. One star is far more then this Delivery service deserves!
Terrible customer service - multiple missed deliveries - a shady company that make it nearly impossible to cancel and get the deposit back. Listen to the multiple reviews! Stay far away from using this company!!!
I am so disappointed with Arrowhead/ReadyRefresh by Nesle Water. I started in April and it is now July. I cancelled my water delivery due to the scheduled delivery date ALWAYS changing! I called and they told me that they are having difficulties with the heat ON THE EAST COAST (ummmm, why does that affect me on the WEST COAST???) and they will have it fixed very soon. I said okay. Well, between mid May and Mid July, my SCHEDULED delivery time changed 5 times!!!! I would set out my bottles only to have to bring them back in. ... read more
