Wonderful experience with Arrowhead Auto Glass. Such an easy time getting my insurance coordinated and my windshield replacement scheduled. From beginning to end they really took great care of me.
Absolutely terrible customer service, rather, complete lack thereof! I have been trying to get in touch with Brittany for 6 weeks now in regard to a windshield issue I have been dealing with since the end of January. Every time I call them, they say “oh, she just stepped out of the office- can I have her call you back?” And they NEVER return my phone call. I have asked to speak with management and all I am ever told is that “they’re in meetings”. Absolute worst customer service!!!
I would find another glass company. Just got mine done and it was done sloppy. The corners were missing the sealant. The glass was nice, it was done cleanly; but the top of the glass sealant looked warped already
