RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! I have taken my pets here for many years. In the past, if I have had a situation that needed attention but not a full blown emergency, I would be told to just bring my pet in and they would work on them in between their scheduled appointments. I called a couple weeks ago and told the front desk person that my elderly dog was not eating well and slightly lethargic and needed to be seen. RecommendedI always receive professional, yet caring service from everyone at Arrowhead for my fur babies. All of the staff and Drs are great, Dr. Todack is always very patient, understanding and gives me honest information, and let’s me know if something is good or bad for my fur babies.
Let me just start out by saying that I chose to bring my old pup here for a 2nd opinion based off of their “Cool name & intuition”. I was prepared to bring him in and them possibly rake me over the $$$ signs as a lot of practices would do knowing how much we love our pets. I have been very upset seeing my old guy physically decline in the Past 6 months due to an improper diagnosis & was prepared to spend big bucks on surgery or whatever it would take to fix him. My three cats had been patients at the Arrowhead hospital for 5+ years. It’s always been a positive experience. Arrowhead doctors and supportive staff keep impressing us with high professionalisms and working ethics!
Awesome experience and everyone is so nice. They took care of my fur-baby like if he was their own. Answered all my questions and the Dr was very knowledgeable.
I dog was so sick Kim grabbed him from me and took him back and started working on him. We love Dr Cordell and will never go anywhere else!! Wonderful staff !!!
