Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did this animal hospital use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous!

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

If you're local and just need shots for your pet, teeth cleaning or spay/neuter, this is a great office. Most of the staff is friendly but the front office assistants like to argue and tell you what your pet needs. All of their front desk help, except for Terry, have an attitude and make you feel like you're bothering them. Both Dr. Mayne and Dr. Rains are very nice and very helpful. They do an excellent job with what they have, but they are a bit behind the times with equipment and misdiagnosed a problem with one of my pets... read more

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

My usual vet was unable to board my dogs on short notice so I took them here. My vet faxed over their current vaccines and my dogs needed 2 updated. Staff seemed busy and preoccupied when I went to fill out the paperwork. I read it over and noticed they had 4 vaccines listed for them. I called my vet and they verified only 2 were needed, that's what they sent. When i brought this to the receptionist's attention, she seemed annoyed that I questioned the mistake.
