Used to be a good place to live, but seems the 'no smoking policy' is not in effect. Picnic tables for smoking are too near the garden chairs; tobacco smoke drifts in that directions at times. Seems the management is catering to smokers now, with a second picnic table, across the street, for smokers. Place seems to be trending toward accepting smokers rights.
Living here now. Great, quiet place.
The best living arrangement of all apartments I've lived in in Asheville. Best rent, utility charges, and friendly/helpful staff and associates. Good community spirit here.
