Being at the beach house doesn't usually require the need for a drill. However, in my case, it did to drill one hole. I visited this store with my father in-law and explained our situation to the very nice lady at the cash register. Instead of spending $60 for a drill I used once, she was gracious enough to lend me one of hers. It's heartwarming to know there are still good people in this world. Highly recommended!!!!!!
I have only shopped here because of the great customer service. I am well aware of the no cash return policy for seasonal merch since it is posted in the front of the store. I like to shop at small privately owned businesses like this one, to survive they have to follow certain guidelines, that's why they have been a dependable fixture of the local community for over 50 years! The very few times I've ever had a problem it was fixed easily and graciously. I would shop here any day over the big box mentality.
