I've been 100% satisfied with the service I've received from Arrow Pest Control. They have kept me updated when scheduled service dates needed to be changed due to weather, and have been good to work around my schedule and fit me into theirs. Aaron arrived as scheduled, was respectful of my property and did an excellent job installing the Sentricon termite system. Top notch service I'd recommend to anyone.

Wow, I just had to share how absolutely fantastic Jessie was! Seriously, from start to finish, he was a total pro and really knew his stuff inside out. It was so impressive how organized he was – everything was set up perfectly, and you could tell he had a super clear plan for every step. I would like to recognize Kevin Johnson from Arrow Pest Control for his professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service. Although I was initially very displeased due to poor communication and multiple scheduling issues, Kevin remained calm, respectful, and understanding throughout the entire interaction. We will be parting ways ! And I want reimbursement. They are ridiculous. Give you a date for service with out a call and a text . Do they know that people work or have other appointments? I was home all day and the tech DID NOT SHOW !! Meanwhile I get an email that he said he came out and did the work . I kept my old review to show the importance that reviews work on behalf of both parties. Kiren Benjamin was very professional and polite. He gave us step by step process on what treatments he was applying in and out of our home. He asked if we had any questions before leaving. Our experience with him was great and made more comfortable and feeling we made the right choice using Arrow for our pest control needs.
