Hi Angel came in for the first time to do pest control inside and I absolutely loved her professionalism and knowledge about the products. She came in last time for termite and did an amazing job then too. Angel used different chemical for outdoor garage and back porch/ patio compare to inside the house. Also, angel did “webbing” for the first time to clean spider webs from edges and outside windows because no other Arrow tech ever used webbing before and she told me that it’s nothing new. Ronald was amazing. He was methodical. Showed me where the trouble spots were & preventative measures. He found wasps & spider nests I never noticed. I have young grandchildren who love to swim & it makes me fill good that they'll be safe. If there's a way to have to have him all the time that would be ideal. Great personality too. You have a really good employee.
Lee did an amazing job. I saw Lee doing things I had never seen done before i(sweep webs from the porch and patio). Lee was very friendly and courteous. He is very knowledgeable as well. I would like to request Lee for every service going forward.
Thomas Thompson was awesome today. Arrow Pest is lucky to have a guy that cares to do an outstanding job and go above and beyond in this Louisiana summer heat. Very pleased with his customer service and just his friendly personality.
