I've been 100% satisfied with the service I've received from Arrow Pest Control. They have kept me updated when scheduled service dates needed to be changed due to weather, and have been good to work around my schedule and fit me into theirs. Aaron arrived as scheduled, was respectful of my property and did an excellent job installing the Sentricon termite system. Top notch service I'd recommend to anyone.

Wow, I just had to share how absolutely fantastic Jessie was! Seriously, from start to finish, he was a total pro and really knew his stuff inside out. It was so impressive how organized he was – everything was set up perfectly, and you could tell he had a super clear plan for every step. I would like to recognize Kevin Johnson from Arrow Pest Control for his professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service. Although I was initially very displeased due to poor communication and multiple scheduling issues, Kevin remained calm, respectful, and understanding throughout the entire interaction. Gary Losey is my pest control technician always does a fantastic job when its time for my pest control treatment service. He is very knowldegeable and always explains to me what chemicals he's using and what it does. He has a very nice, kind, and professional demeanor. He's very thorough and treats every part of my place from inside, outside, and my supply storage. I've never had any issues at all with the treatment service. Gary always does a great treatment service everytime.

We will be parting ways ! And I want reimbursement. They are ridiculous. Give you a date for service with out a call and a text . Do they know that people work or have other appointments? I was home all day and the tech DID NOT SHOW !! Meanwhile I get an email that he said he came out and did the work . I kept my old review to show the importance that reviews work on behalf of both parties.
