I would like to recognize Kevin Johnson from Arrow Pest Control for his professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service. I kept my old review to show the importance that reviews work on behalf of both parties. After my 1 star review I was immediately contacted by Arrow’s representative and was able to work together and figure out how we both missed the mark with this. While I did receive an email a week later, the original email was in fact sent after service that day and I missed it. With a glitch in the system fromAdditional work , I received the second email . Our termite bating system was installed in May of 2019, with the contract being renewed annually. The contracts include annual inspection; no additional charge. This year our technician, Cameron Gomez, had to deal with two traps that we had decapitated by accident. The headless units couldn't be detected using the magic want. Still he was able to locate and dig up the remains and install two replacement units. Very accommodating. Very efficient. Very pleasant. Really appreciate the service.

Gary Losey is my pest control technician always does a fantastic job when its time for my pest control treatment service. He is very knowldegeable and always explains to me what chemicals he's using and what it does. He has a very nice, kind, and professional demeanor. He's very thorough and treats every part of my place from inside, outside, and my supply storage. I've never had any issues at all with the treatment service. Gary always does a great treatment service everytime.
