Justin was amazing. We moved here from out of state and knew nothing about termites or pest control. Justin was so patient and spent a lot of time explaining the process and what to look for. We really enjoyed working with him and hope he is our regular tech.

On time and quick but did leave a the tops off a few of my feeders in the ground. I'm unable to reattach them. This has never happen before. They have all be cured back down. Or replaced if needed.
Justin did an excellent job. I especially appreciated him putting on rubber shoe coverings when he came into our home. I wish more companies would have their technicians or representatives do the same!
I have never had a problem with any of the techs that have been sent to service my home. I always felt that Arrow appreciated my business and I have been satisfied. Today I had the pleasure of having my home serviced by Angel Culotta. She was absolutely amazing. She has a warm and friendly personality. She explained what she was there for and completed her service call. I really appreciate that she spoke to me as a person and not just an appointment on her route.
