I want to comment on the service Courtney provided at my home. Courtney was very through in checking the condition of my home. He performed a quality job in applying the chemical around my home. He was very knowledgeable of his tasks. He was very courteous and kind. Thank you.
Rates increased from $100 to $140 semi-annual over two years, including increases within what the agreement describes as a fixed term. Updated pricing was always only communicated after service was performed. After multiple follow-ups, I was sent an unsigned template contract rather than the executed agreement reflecting my original terms. I identified a billing discrepancy across multiple periods and offered to resolve it for $18 based on the contract.
