These guys are different... they are family owned, and love what they do. The technician took the time to discuss the results of his inspection face-to-face with me, and proved to be very knowledgeable. Not your usually "big-company" experience for sure.
Colby Williams was my service tech. He called in advance to request to complete the service earlier than scheduled due to severe weather moving in. He gave me an eta and he was on time. He was professional but friendly. He immediately began the service, although the rain began just as he was finishing up. He completed the service. Great customer service!
Courtney was great. Not only did a get a text of arrival he he also called to let me know when he was approaching and explain what he was doing. He was very nice. I appreciate Arrow and have had them since I moved into my house two years ago with no complaints.
Austin was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. He actually did a lot more then any other technician had ever done, calling it - all part of the contract. So hopefully moving forward the rest of the Arrow techs who service our house do everything they are required to do. I.E. what we are paying for. Thanks again Austin C.
My experience with Arrow has been great since contacting them. Trish was very helpful over the phone. Chris came today to install the termite prevention treatment around my property and I couldn’t not be happier with his explanations, service, and professionalism.
