The initial treatment did not include everything that was in the quote for work; which meant I had to schedule a follow up appointment which was scheduled for the Friday after Thanksgiving. When no one showed up, I had to call to find out why and was informed that their technicians don't work that day. My follow up appointment is not for 3 weeks. I am not impressed and will not renew with them.
Coupon was for 349 but after they came out the charge was 450 lol oh well
Really enjoyed meeting my Technician, Geana Andras. She was super professional with a great personality!!! I would like her to be my Technician whenever my home needs servicing!
Mike and Ray were on time and worked super fast. They answered all of my questions and were all around nice people!
