Friendly, capable and knowledgeable staff both in the field and at the office
Easily the worst customer service I have experienced in the past year! Talk about trying to hand a job to a reluctant guy that ended up hanging up the phone! Definitely doesn’t feel the need to be polite when he’s swamped with work! Everybody needs him, he doesn’t need anybody!
Customer service is horrible, they are really not interested in gaining new customers. What a joke!
