It was a very easy sign-up process, but their mission statement to provide superior customer service is a lie. I have been registered with them for at least 9 months, they never have any work, I was finally sent to a job that didn't submit to the hours of work i agreed to or needed and when asked to be reassigned the supposed branch manager argued with me and threatened to terminate my contract after reporting that the job was not for me due to those factors.
