Honest with experience technicians seven Central Texas since 1991
CROOKS! FRAUD! Scammed me out of $800 by telling me that they were authorized to work on Sub-Zero (they are NOT!), then telling me that the board was bad on my ice maker and would have to be replaced in their shop. They kept my ice maker for 2 months, returned it and it still doesn't work. They ASSURED ME that my ice maker was not under warranty, but when I called Sub Zero and gave my serial number, it took one minute for the lady to tell me it was under full warranty.
