It's zero this morning, and at 11 p.m. last night, I made the unfortunate discovery that my septic system was backing up into my basement... eeeeek! I live 20 miles east of Billings. Called around. Two places said it was too cold and not to expect anybody to come to at least Wednesday (this is Sunday morning). My nephew said to try Arrow. I called, and presto! this wonderful, cheerful, capable, TALL man showed up almost immediately. 11 stars out of 10 possible! Can't say enough good things or recommend too highly.
Fast and friendly service! we scheduled with a one hour window and they were right on time.
