Useless. 4 phone calls, 2 emails and this business can't even provide a quote 3 weeks after coming onsite to inspect a strata repair to two leaking gutters. I even asked to speak to the business owners and that I would refuse to hang up until they connected me. The receptionist instead threatened to hang up on me. Put Steve Darcy and Troy Ham together, what you get? SHAM. Don't give this business a minute of your spare time.
