I have had nothing but GREAT things from Arrow. They repaired three rooms removing mold, replacing studs, drywall, flooring, putting in vanity and much much much more. Everyone I have dealt with has been nothing but professional, kind, and responsive. Even the sub contractors have been outstanding. One drove all the way to Greenville twice to pick up the vanity and counter for our bathroom. Arrow asked me to write a review on my experiences with the restoration work they preformed on my house. Last July (July 4th 2009). I experienced a fire in my home. During this tragic time, Arrow was there for me. They knew what I was going through and were to help. The overall experience with them was an A+. I would like to say that Arrow was very professional when working on my home after a fire we had. They kept me updated thoughtout the whole thing. Greg and his team are great people and I highly recommened them to anyone!

Get estimates from several companies; ask for reference from both satisfied and unsatisfied customers. Arrow will not do the work unless they are paid upfront. Document every meeting; get copies of everything you sign. If you go with Arrow I suggest you rent or borrow a camcorder and record it all. Charred wood was plastered over, big globs of caulk in the new windows; huge drips of caulk and paint (visible in photos taken) are just a few of the many problems with the restoration.
