This company is terrible! Beware -- USAA fired them from a job at my house for water damage after they failed to properly contain areas containing mold and put my entire family at risk. They refused to supply us with proper documentation of a mold clearance yet they claimed we passed, so we hired our own company to do independent testing and they found untreated mold in water damaged areas where they had been working. Cheap, dishonest, willing to cut corners and not properly trained.
Sometimes the boss has to get his hands dirty...slab leak repaired by others, but they did no emergency services.
Great to see the whole Arrow fleet in the field on losses, but the crews are getting overwhelmed and we have to turn down the next loss to insure the customer gets prompt service
