They have been on top of all of my shipments/replacements for my cpap equipment. My brother has a different company he always has to call and request/ remind them when he is due for his cpap supplies. I really appreciate Arrow Respiratory taking care of it for me so I never have to worry about or think about it. They just magically arrive in the mail. Thank you Arrow!!
My mask broke in the middle of the night and I couldn't get to sleep. The next morning, Kay and her team were able to locate the part I needed to fix it, instead of having to purchase an entirely new set up, saving me a great deal of money. I was finally able to get some sleep! They were fast, polite and professional. Awesome job!!!
