As a home owner I have been with Arrow Properties for 15 years plus. Damon has always responded to my emails or calls within a timely manner if not sooner. I do know that he, and/or Arrow Properties does prefer to use emails to correspond with renters. This method is somewhat smart as long as both parties communicate fluidly and in a timely manner, as it does leave a nice paper trail, which may serve to protect the client, renter, and Arrow Properties equally if needed.
