Horrible communication. Called and emailed Damon multiple times throughout the lease term for several different issues and rarely received an email back, while never once speaking with him on the phone or in person. Clogged garbage disposal from day 1 moving in, never fixed. Electrical issues, never fixed. Broken washer which took weeks to attend to on multiple occasions. Not to mention, Damon is rude and flat out unprofessional. In the case of an emergency, you will never reach him via phone. Rent at your own risk!
Y’all can I just say out of all property managements that I’ve dealt with this is by far the most unprofessional and disgusting management . Came to look at a potential rental we had in mind and the place wasn’t even cleaned and the fridge needed to be replaced, when I texted and asked she told me it would be cleaned…. Um honey that nasty things needs to be thrown out. That fridge looks like it should have been in retirement already
Do not under any circumstances rent from this company. The “owner” Damon Williams is a joke. He refuses any communication other than email. Which makes no sense. We turned in our notice within the time frame and he magically didn’t get it and threatened us with an evection/law suit. I said bring it I have all the proof. I applied and was approved for rental but because background checks took so long and current property management does not prorate move out, I had to stay on for additional month. As another month went by I seen that property was still available however was told they passed on my application. Still two weeks later and property is still available.
