Been Using Sal for years now after getting dishearten service at local Walgreens and CVS I opted to change my service over to Arrow it is like seeing old time Dr. they treat you like a Person instead of a Number the service is always quick no long waiting times for picking up prescriptions. Something you don't find in not only pharmacies but medical practices in todays practices. Sal the owner provide unperscribed pills to pill poppers. Fioricet pills to a lady in Chicopee MA which her doctor denied her any refills. Basically this guy is a drug dealer not a pharamacist. Only pharamacist who care only give pills to people with real prescriptions. Sal your lady friend the pill popper in Chicopee has a big mouth so I would stop what your doing or the NABP will be notified and you will lose your License for good!
They are what a Pharmacy should be. Kind, knowledgeable, very helpful and efficient. You feel like you can depend on them to understand and do what is best for your situation. They have my respect and appreciation for their work.
I have been going here for years. Sal is great and so are his son and daughter. In fact, all of the staff here are pleasant to deal with. They really go out of their way for you and I trust them to fill my scripts accurately which is more than I can say for the "chain stores". I typically end up walking back to my car and telling my husband that I really like coming here, even though I've already told him about 100 times. Wait times are much better than anywhere else I've been.
Arrow is the best, Sal has been so great helping our residents that come for Respite to Renaissance Manor on Cabot in Holyoke get their medications "Blister Packed"
Sal, the pharmacist and owner, bends over backwards to provide excellent service and doctor/pharmacy coordination. The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. This is the closest you'll get to a local, old-time pharmacy: No hustle and bustle; the staff knows every repeat customer; no mistakes; good prices. Hence the five star rating. I use to drive by this place daily and think nothing of it, cuz i so use to the big chain places....then one day I needed some new RX's filled and decided to stop in....I was amazed at how I was welcomed and treated by all...The store is well staffed and I had no wait...took most all insurances from my previous employers as well as government related ones..and I spoke to the head pharmacist (I think) and had some questions, which he answered completely..since I snowbird from Florida and Westfield, sometimes there are some tr... read more
