I had a very bad experience with this company. Last winter I contacted them and explained that my home heating system had a problem — there was no warm air coming from the furnace on the second floor of my house. Someone from this company came; I explained the furnace issue to him, and right away he said, “I know the reason!” He took out the flame sensor and said it was dirty. While 2 other plumbers didn't even bother calling back or showing up, Arrow had my leak fixed within 4 hours between first call and job done, including finding the required part, a pricy pump. Seems like they still know, what it means to provide service, unlike many other businesses. You are my goto plumber from now on.
