I had a very bad experience with this company. Last winter I contacted them and explained that my home heating system had a problem — there was no warm air coming from the furnace on the second floor of my house. Someone from this company came; I explained the furnace issue to him, and right away he said, “I know the reason!” He took out the flame sensor and said it was dirty. While 2 other plumbers didn't even bother calling back or showing up, Arrow had my leak fixed within 4 hours between first call and job done, including finding the required part, a pricy pump. Seems like they still know, what it means to provide service, unlike many other businesses. You are my goto plumber from now on.

I had a frustrating experience with Arrow Plumbing when dealing with low water pressure in my kitchen tap. The issue made it nearly impossible to wash dishes due to the weak water flow. When I contacted Arrow Plumbing, their technician claimed the problem couldn’t be fixed because of new regulations limiting faucet water pressure.
