Quoted at $125 for a backflow testing. They did the original backflow in the house and all the plumbing in this house. When I was entering payment, they told me that I would be paying for two backflow testing so double but they would give me a deal at $100 per backflow. No other plumbing companies I called charge double for two backflows. The plumber, who did the testing was here for about 10 minutes . One backflow is for Irrigation one is for the house. Competive prices but very poor workmanship. Had undersink, water supply lines replaced - two leaked and caused extensive damage to a bathroom and to a hallway. No response from the plumber who did the work. Had to hire a different plumber to fix the work.
My water heater went out, and Arrow stepped up to the plate with great customer service and got me an appointmentright away! William was the tech that came out. He was on time, prepared and explained everything to me in detail. Being a newer homeowner you don't always know what to expect and William provided me with steps on keeping the new water heater maintained in the future. Holly was great in billing and I can't be happier with the service that was received. 10/10 recommend this business!
One star is being generous. We had nothing but excuses starting at the initial contact for an estimate. Pablo showed up at our door with no uniform, no badge, no logo on his truck, He didn't give us an estimate that day, but came back the following Monday with still more excuses, blaming his new office girl for not asking the right questions, etc. We had no water in the house, and he finally told us that it would actually be a few days until he could do an estimate So, we called Griggs Plumbing, who came in and did the estim... read more
Arrow Plumbing is fantastic! You could not get a kinder group of people from Holly in customer service who made things happen to our service technician who also was very knowledgeable and got the job done. Believe me when I tell you they went above and beyond!
