Difficult to work with when relocating. refused interior service based on their policy around covid despite medical documentation showing cleared and now refusing to do last interior treatment even though they confirmed notes from tech indicate they would reschedule interior. Do not use unless you plan on never moving and never having covid. Techs themselves have been great, it's the customer service team that has not.
They were very courteous And respectful. They explained everything very thoroughly

My technician is always right on time. All my questions and concerns answered, recommendations made and action taken. Full COVID precautions are in place. Today we discussed whether a follow up visit would be needed and that it is included in my plan at no extra cost. Great job Josh :)
Brian was very knowledgeable about how to treat our ant problem. He explained in Detail what causes the problem and possible solutions. He was very conscious about being safe during the covid pandemic. We recommend Arrow as well as Brian.

I needed them to come to a shore house we just purchased. Evidence of mice. Scheduled the appointment and were here exactly on time and Jason did a beautiful job! Set traps, closed holes, and gave me a great peace of mind. Excellent wonderful experience!
