I would like to change my review I had posted a while back. I jumped the gun I guess, after I reached the correct people, the GM Shanna, basically jumped through hoops to get my situation resolved and made sure I was taken care of. Shame on me for not being more patient. Kudos to the management of Arrow Ford. I will buy my next vehicle from that location.
The poorest excuse for a service department that I've ever been witness to. The sales and finance department pushed a very expensive extended warranty on me when I purchased the truck and I found not one person that cared about helping me get my truck repaired when the time came for me to use the warranty. Truck was in their possession for almost 3 weeks total. Horrible management evidently due to I've read many other poor reviews and it appears nothing has changed.
