I called last night at 11 pm. By 7 am I was getting a call back. He was here by 9 am and my unit was cooling again. This was awesome since it was already 81° in the house by the time he arrived. He was done in15 minutes and on his way... Thank you Rick for always taking care of us.
Ac stopped working. American Home Shield assigned Arrow Mechanical. Showed up without calling first. Indicated unit was bad and needed to be replaced. Got a second opinion from a local contractor, and he determined it was a clog in the coolant line. $100 fix. Don’t thrust AHS or Arrow. Get a second opinion.
I have been using Arrow Mechanical for over 20 years...Rick and Donna are two of the nicest people you will meet. I find the pricing very fair and competitive, and the service is very professional. Highly recommended!
Rick did a great job. Both he and Donna are up front and honest. We had an issue with condensation after work was done, Rick came back out and took care of the issue. The house has never felt as good as it does after he did the work. I'd highly recommend them.
