Worst company ever NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEM!!!!! drivers are TRASH
After several years of good service from Arrow, I was today disappointed with the company for the first time. My girlfriend and I reserved a sedan for our trip to the airport, so I was shocked to find a large, uncomfortable van arrive at my home this afternoon. It turns out I had a voicemail asking if I would be okay with the change. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this voicemail and a van was sent, in spite of my having not agreed to the change. Outstanding ride with Jimmy this morning. What a pleasant way to get to the airport at this early hour. Service was top notch.
Please tell your drivers to follow traffic signs. One of them blew right thru a yield sign going very fast & almost hit me last night!
It's the only way to go!
