I called Arrow lift if a desperate attempt to get a lift installed in a matter of a couple days. When I called I was put in touch with a rep who was able to come and take the measurements and talk prices. The rep was very professional and took care of everything and was able to get a technician out to install the lift when we needed it. Everyone from the moment the lady answered the phone to the time the technician finished the install was truly wonderful. Everything customer service should be! Sales was quit to respond to request for a quote. They installed within one week and it only took about 3 hours to install. We weren't sure it would fit in our space but it did, looks great, works even better.

The elevator has performed excellent. We just had it inspected by an Arrowlift tech. He was very proffessional and a wealth of information.
