The stair lift my mom purchased has a comfortable and sleek design. The technicians are thorough and personable.She purchased it in 2021. I would recommend getting the extended warranty after the initial warranty is done
I was stuck on an Arrow Lift for 45 minutes, their customer service line didn't care, and the emergency line hung up on me. I visited a business in Prior Lake that had recently had an Arrow Lift installed. I get into the lift and it goes up about an inch and stops. Because the door locked behind me, I was stuck.
