I highly recommend Arrow Lift if you need help getting up your steps! It's dramatically improved my wife's ability to access the second level of our home. Charlie our sales representative fully explained the equipment and there were no hidden costs! Our installer was great!!

I was stuck on an Arrow Lift for 45 minutes, their customer service line didn't care, and the emergency line hung up on me. I visited a business in Prior Lake that had recently had an Arrow Lift installed. I get into the lift and it goes up about an inch and stops. Because the door locked behind me, I was stuck. The business calls Arrow Lifts service line and tells them that someone is stuck on their lift. They get told that someone will call them back before the end of the business day. Excuse me? First of all, my husband is 85 years old and suffers from serious mobility issues. Hoping a stairlift would help him to achieve full use of our home, I contacted Arrow Lift. Unfortunately, this was probably one of the worst, most disappointing, and disturbing experiences we have ever had in dealing with a product provider/installer. We have a LULA elevator and 2 chair lifts and have been using them for almost a year now. The LULA elevator has been working properly with minor issues. On the other hand, the two lifts have been malfunctioning since day one. We have had about 20 service calls and continuous service interruptions due to this. I would caution you NOT to purchase the chair lift from Arrow Lift.

We have had our chair lift now for 4 years and I have been pleased with it's durability and ease of use. While the equipment is great, the thing we like about Arrow Lift is the support we have received over the last 4 years. We have a service agreement and the annual inspections, but when we have needed service support, they have been right there to help and solve the problems.
