I've got to admit that the only thing that made this visit alright was the triage staff and the security at the ER. I waited for 6 hours waiting for my blood work to get finished when I was approached by a nurse asking why I was still sitting there. Needless to say, I never got my blood work results. I was actually pawned off as if I were loitering. It's kind of crappy to say that I had to go to another hospital ER the following day, which diagnosed and treated me within an hour and a half. My son was in the ER then in the Burn Unit for 10 days. We had amazing service the entire time we were there. Especially Bob in the Burn Unit. He was the best!! So encouraging for my son. Thank you everyone!
Excellent Hospital with excellent staff, doctors and nurses. Everyone there really cares about you and willing to help you at every turn. Highest Rating.
Worse hospital ever and the so called patient advocate Eric Williams don't help nobody he fake like he is there for the patient but don't play it off too well because know he faking like he so concerned . Don't go to him for help go higher ..
