Guy gets to my house, sits in his truck for about 15 min or so… comes in my house complaining that he had to come all the way to Fort Worth… walks around my house with a flashlight for about another 15 minutes I did not see him squirt anything or put anything down. He was on my patio for about two seconds literally came back in. I understand prioritizing customers but at some point you have to take care of your employees this guy needs to be on his couch. Really management... during an ice storm in Texas.
