I want to thank Joel Davis for coming out so quickly to take care of a large hornets nest over my grandson's swing set. He did a great job and very professional. Also, thanks to Sara at the office to realize the urgency needed to rid these pest and make my backyard safe. Great job!!!
I do not normally write reviews but needed to on this service experience last Friday. We are new the area from Virginia and I called Arrow because we have terminate contract with them. My mom and dad were visiting from NC and they came down stairs Friday morning and told me they saw 2 roaches. I've never seen a roach so I asked are you sure they are roaches? Yes, it is. Peyton and his coworkers -Sentracon, pest control, wildlife -they have done more "counseling" with us through the years as we dealt with scorpions and red velvet ants, etc. Thank you!
Everyone at Arrow did a great job getting rid of the raccoons in my attic. They sealed up the house, will sanitize and replace the insulation. Steve, and Kennedy did a wonderful job, and professional every step of the way. Many thanks.
