Had an appointment for someone to spray — they never showed up, and no one had the courtesy to call. The next day, I called them and was told “he was sick and called out,” so I rescheduled. On the new appointment day, once again no one showed, and no one called. At that point, I cancelled everything due to the complete lack of communication and repeated no-shows. If I could give a 0 I would Had them come out to access bug issue in one of our rooms.. I also asked for a termite inspection since my house built in 1999 never had one to my knowledge.. the guy looked in 2 rooms and said I didn’t have any.. I had to ask him to look around the outside of the house.
