Our house remains pest free with Arrow, which is a task as we are surrounded by woods. Kasey is very professional and comes within a day or two if we need something.
I've used Arrow Exterminators for several years and, as a result, it's rare that I see any pests around the house. In the rare instance that I do happen to find one, it's typically out in the garage and it's dead. I have pets and Casey is mindful of their presence. He always takes care to ensure they do not escape as he enters and leaves the premises.
Great company to work with. Wealth of knowledge and thorough inspection. I was in a time constraint with a property and Mike went above and beyond to help me out!
