Customer service is amazing! Our technician is Hutson, and he is so focused on building a relationship with us… more than just a touch and go but he explains everything he sees and how to treat the problem(s). We live in a very rural area (IE - in the country) and being so removed we have special challenges with TX scorpions and TX giant centipedes, and we no longer have those kind of pests around. Thank you Arrow and all your great technicians!
