Stacy communicates with me on a consistent basis. This is great because I'm not good at keeping up with the schedule. I also like that if I need him to return during my services times he's right there making it happen.
After giving the salesman an 800.00 check witch had cleared my bank I received a bill in the mail for 126.50. Why?
Stacey is my service rep. He always does a great job for me and is a great communicator.
First, I love that I have lived in my house for going on 4 years and only 2 times have I ever seen a bug inside (carpenter ants and 1 scorpion) I called them and they were out the next day. They do an amazing job. I love our “bug guy” Stacy. He goes above and beyond. He even killed 2 copperheads in my yard for me!!! Always professional. I’m so happy we have Arrow!!!
