Stacey is my service rep. He always does a great job for me and is a great communicator.
First, I love that I have lived in my house for going on 4 years and only 2 times have I ever seen a bug inside (carpenter ants and 1 scorpion) I called them and they were out the next day. They do an amazing job. I love our “bug guy” Stacy. He goes above and beyond. He even killed 2 copperheads in my yard for me!!! Always professional. I’m so happy we have Arrow!!!
The products are phenomenal and the people are always great!
Love having the same tech treat our home and business. It is easy to communicate with them to coordinate treatment schedules. We also love being on the quarterly plan. They will come back out if we have extra bug activity.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local insects and how to deal with them. Always on time and friendly!
