I'm unsure how these people have 5 stars. Their customer service is actually good and responsive but as far as effectiveness, they're are as good as you personally walking around and spraying raid. I had their business last year and when I started their service, I asked to specifically target carpenter ants, after the tech began service, he told me my plan wouldn't cover that.
