My service technician (Jeff) is a superb professional in every way. Arrow is really really good!
Technicians are knowledgeable, kind and punctual with appointment times. Will definitely recommend to anyone who values professionalism and expertise in pest control.
Arrow company sale practice is very weird. The salesman who inspected your homes sounds very like a used car salesman. "I don't work on commission" , and different people gave different quote. You cannot trust what they quote you. other than a bigger name.
Chad does a super job. Always confirms appointments and keeps them. Let me sum up this in three words; “No More BUGS”. One more added bonus you guys bill and process payments correctly. Our previous service was good than bought out and quickly went downhill. Glad a neighbor recommended Arrow.
