When you have a problem, they take it seriously. My neighborhood has had a rat problem, since the re-modelling of several empty houses. Arrow's techs, Travis and Lance, have worked hard to help me get rid of the pests, along with my regular tech, Brandon, who delivered and manages bait boxes. If you have a crawl space, you should have Arrow check for any entry opportunities, and get them fixed.
Less than impressed. They've been to my house once, told my husband if there were issues they'd come back for free. Well we've had multiple issues. We called the company and the lady tried to get my husband to pay for something else (which he refused). She was supposed to have someone call us to set up a time to come back to our house. That was two weeks ago or longer and we havent heard a word. If anyone knows of a reliable pest control service, please let me know.
We called one of your employees a little over a week ago (he personally gave us his card) to get a quote and to get a home evaluation. He scheduled to come out the next day. Never showed up, never called to reschedule, even after calling him back and leaving a voicemail.
I'm not impressed that your employee driving an Arrow pickup truck was in such a hurry that they couldn't stop for a funeral procession. Several cars were stopped on 41 and he just went zooming by. Maybe he just doesn't know better, but in the south that's a big thing. Truck number 2905...
I just wanted to take a minute to thank Will Gordon for the excellent service he gave at my house this morning. I lease my house and have to provide my own pest management, and I contacted my friend Daniel Pounds to arrange service thru Arrow. Will arrived at my house first thing, and took care of all my concerns, even my wife commented on how nice Will was. I am a tech in the plumbing field and know how important good customer relations are. Thank you Arrow and Daniel for sending an excellent tech. Micah Rogers
