There is no such thing as being family oriented when working for this company. My brother was murdered and I had to choose between being there for my family and being able to provide for myself. The company offers 3 unpaid bereavement days. They also required that I use my pto when they cancelled work because of hurricane Debby. They have nothing in place to help their employees during times like this. So I am forced to come in and work when I should be at home grieving the loss of my brother.
