We have used them before on another property just a few months ago back! Called for another address to be serviced 1 time. The man even does my neighbors home. Well he messaged prior in the day to confirm and I again said a one time service not every 3 months! He gets here and mentions 2 times someone else is coming to inspect , I said I have an ill child and can’t have no one else in here. He blows me off.
