Will was professional and communicated well about his arrival for my quarterly spray. Great overall service!
Didn't provide insulation up to the r value stated in the work contract and now aren't taking calls from me to try and make this right.
Did not call me over the bill (had my phone number). Did not even send and email stating I was past due, just spam promos. Never got a piece of mail at my current address. Sent me to collections over $60 which I would have happily paid for if I knew I owed it. I thought it was taken care of by the rental landlord at the time. Didn't know it was an issue until my parents received a collections note in the mail in my name. My credit is permanently dinged and they were not helpful when called. We have used Arrow’s services for a couple of years. This year we were unhappy with services because we saw ants after our one time spray and when we called to ask them what they could do for us we were told that one time services weren’t guaranteed (even though they cost the equivalent of three quarters worth of services). We were also told that if we didn’t sign up for quarterly services they didn’t want us to call them if we continued to have problems.
